We’re thrilled to announce that after comprehensive training and a final submission to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), all 20 in our latest cohort of trainee AssocRICS surveyors have passed – a 100% pass rate for our October submissions.
Andrew McIvor leads our AssocRICS programme and is both delighted by the result and grateful for the support offered from the wider business. He told us, “Congratulations to everyone and thank you to all those who have supported the technical training team throughout 2019, particularly the counsellors, mentors and technical trainers for their hard work and patience.”
Regional Operations Directors, Paul Marcus and Tim Wood share Andy’s delight at the unequivocal success rate. Paul commented, “This really is great news! Very well done to all successful candidates – it’s a testament to their hard work and commitment. However, thanks must also go to their mentors, managers and everyone from L&D who supported them. Another shining example of what teamwork can deliver.”
Said Tim, “I would like to add my congratulations to all our recent successful AssocRICS candidates. This is truly an impressive achievement. It’s a reflection of the quality of the programme offered by our Learning and Development colleagues and the outstanding support given by our Field mentors and Counsellors. Well done to all concerned.”
