We’re delighted to welcome three new colleagues to our Sava Conversion Programme: Dean Merryman, Rob Lock and Mike Tucker.
Scroll down to find out more about them and why they chose e.surv’s training programme.
Claire Martin, Technical Partner – Learning and Development, says: “Our Sava
programme is designed to build on the very good training that the candidates receive through Sava , to make sure that they are ready to complete mortgage valuations for e.surv.
“As well as classroom training sessions, Dean, Rob and Mike will spend time with mentors in their patch, picking up invaluable skills and knowledge.
“I’m really looking forward to taking this new cohort through the Sava Conversion Programme and helping them launch their new careers in surveying!”
Introducing Dean, Rob and Mike
Mike Tucker
I’ve spent the past seven years as a Residential Property Manager at a lettings agency and I most enjoyed visiting the properties, discussing the defects with contractors, learning how the defects developed and what remedies would work best. After researching the industry and careful consideration, I reached the conclusion that residential surveying would incorporate the aspects of my role I loved, whilst giving me the opportunity to develop my knowledge and progress my career.
“Over two years ago now I made the decision to take the leap and enroll in the Sava Diploma for Residential Surveying and Valuation . I was lucky enough to have e.surv’s Senior Recruitment Manager, Matt Siddons, on my intake, who gave me an insider’s view of the industry. Matt informed me of e.surv’s Sava Conversion Programme and the company’s willingness to develop and invest in newly qualified Sava candidates. As someone new to the world of surveying, I longed for the support experience and guidance that an industry-leading firm like e.surv could offer me.
“I believe that e.surv can offer me the strongest possible start in developing into the best surveyor I can be.”
