In response to the high rates of COVID-19 infection in the community, the UK Government confirmed an extended localised lockdown in parts of Leicester and the wider conurbation, with specific measures eased from 24 July 2020.
To ensure we remain compliant with the revised Government guidance and offer the service our customers are used to, we will recommence physical property inspections in the impacted Leicester postcodes from 24 July 2020. We will continue to actively monitor the Government guidance on Leicester. A further update is due on Thursday 13 August 2020.
