Widely recognised as ‘the face of e.surv’, Richard is a respected media commentator in both mainstream and trade press, and can often be heard as a property expert on national radio.

During his career, Richard has experienced the extremes of the property cycle. He uses his extensive knowledge to assist lender clients in preparing themselves to take advantage of opportunities and to mitigate risk.

Richard is proud to have been part of e.surv teams who have advised and assisted many new entrants to the lending arena.

Richard lives in South Wales and has two grown up daughters. He enjoys travel and rugby … but mainly commiserating over Wales’ losses!
